Feasibility Study

A feasibility study evaluates whether a planned project is technically feasible, economically viable, and implementable under the applicable regulatory framework.

Verify feasibility – before costs arise

The feasibility study is a central component of the Basic Evaluation and creates the basis for all subsequent planning steps:

Basic Evaluation

In the Basic Evaluation, the goals, requirements, and framework conditions of the project are clarified. It creates the technical and functional basis for all further planning steps and includes, among other things, needs assessment, inventory analysis, and feasibility study.

Preliminary Planning

Preliminary planning serves to develop an initial planning concept. Variants are examined, technical solutions are compared, and rough cost and schedule frameworks are estimated to create a sound basis for decision-making.

Design Planning

In the design planning phase, the selected concept is further elaborated and specified. The planning receives its technical and functional structure, including coordinated layouts, systems, and a refined cost calculation.

Permitting Planning

The goal of permitting planning is the creation of all necessary documents for official approvals. The planning is prepared in such a way that it complies with legal and regulatory requirements.

Cost Calculation

The cost calculation summarizes all project-related costs in a structured manner. It serves transparency, budget control, and as a basis for economic decisions in the further course of the project.

Execution Planning

In the execution planning phase, all details are worked out so that a clear and smooth implementation is possible. It forms the binding basis for construction, assembly, and technical realization.

Procurement

The procurement phase includes the tendering, awarding, and ordering of services, materials, and equipment. The goal is the economical and timely commissioning of suitable suppliers and partners.

Construction / Assembly

In this phase, the practical implementation of the planning takes place. Plants and systems are erected, assembled, and installed, accompanied by coordination, quality assurance, and schedule monitoring.

Commissioning

Commissioning ensures that all plants and systems operate functionally, safely, and in compliance with regulations. Tests, acceptances, training, and the handover to the operator complete the project.
