Recruiting Day Cologne

On October 8, 2026, we were represented at the VDI nachrichten Recruiting Day in Cologne.

At our booth, our colleagues Stephan Simon and Susanne Lämmel had many interesting discussions with professionals, graduates, and students. The personal exchange about career opportunities, pharmaceutical engineering, and daily work at DPhE met with great interest.

A particular highlight was the presentation by Dr. Maximilian Huter titled “Planning Office Instead of Corporation – Shaping Diversity Instead of Just Working Through Tasks”. In it, he provided exciting insights into the varied work of a pharmaceutical planning office and highlighted the opportunities and development possibilities available at DPhE.

We would like to thank all visitors for the numerous discussions and the great interest in our company. The Recruiting Day was a great opportunity for us to make new contacts and present DPhE as an employer.

We are already looking forward to the next events and encounters.
